"FB" The Web Series

I signed on recently to Art Direct (insert deep breathe here) a web series. Yes, LA is that slow right now. It was a fun experience, but we had pretty much no money and shot the thing super fast with an interesting motley crew. I really don't want this to be the future of the entertainment industry. Yes they're short, sweet, and sometimes funny but I need a real paycheck. Come back economy so financiers will invest in the indie features and shoot in LA again so I can once again have a paycheck that actually pays the bills.

The Road Show

Working out of town - on the road so to speak is always an adventure in itself. Living out of suitcases, navigating foreign territory. I'm back in LA after being gone for a month, but it feels like forever after so many miles.
We shot all over Seattle and took over a small town for an entire week. By day two our crew had bonded over spiked drinks in a "dry" bowling alley and $5 pitchers in the small town dive bar with twin stripper poles. All in all the only way to describe it was awesome.

The crew was all from the Northwest aside from myself. A young, hardworking, energetic, and completely un-jaded team. It was a one of a kind experience to be treasured and attempted to be recreated...

There was even enough energy to play kickball after wrap...

The last abby...

And thats a wrap!

One more time!
Now back to real working world of LA home of eternal summer and never never land.
